Welcome to the City of Tolleson’s Online Document Portal! Click on MAKE REQUEST to submit your public records request and communicate with Records Management. Use of the NextRequest platform is intended to facilitate public access to public records. Official records are held by City departments and the Clerk pursuant to governing document retention schedules. Public records requests are processed by the City Clerk's Office, with the exception of Police and Court records. Authorization from the City Attorney may be needed before records are released. We strive to respond to all requests within 72 hours. However, immediate availability of the requested records or complexity of the request may cause a delay.
